Shipping time is based off each item underneath each item at checkout you will see the time frame for shipping for that item. Shipping usually takes 2- 3 business days but please check under each item description to get the exact shipping times. Please feel free to contact us if you experance any majoir shipping deleys.
Damaged items: We replace items if they are defective or damaged, we just ask you send us a photo of your damaged item.
Delivery Time Exceeds Stipulated delivery time period: Should your order exceed the specified 60 working day delivery guarantee, we will gladly offer you a full refund for your product/s which have exceeded this delivery period. Please check out our Delivery Informationpage for more information with regards to average delivery times.
Other Refund Requests:
We are a wholesale stockist and source our products directly from worldwide wholesale outlets. Because of this, our products go in and out of stock on a regular basis and we are not able to re-stock previously sold items. We do not offer full refunds on our in-store items. However, in certain cases we are able to offer a store credit for the value of a purchase. We will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy with your purchase at Rave Owls.
Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
We are not able to issue refunds due to incorrect addresses entered during checkout, items not collected, or packages stolen after delivery. Please make sure to enter your correct phone number during checkout should any delivery issues take place.
Order Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed and will be cancelled and refunded without question. Since we process and ship orders as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel your order after the 24 hour period including weekends and holidays.

Rave Owls is not liable if an address is entered incorrectly during checkout and we are not notified of the mistake within 24 hours. We ensure the fastest processing and delivery times possible, and as such are not able to reroute, or refund orders that were sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If a package is returned back to us, we will resend to the correct address within 24 hours free of charge.
Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
At this time we do not accept personal checks, money orders or any other form of payment.
Our credit card service provider, Stripe, allows us to accept credit card payments, however, do note that there may be an international charge on your credit card if ordering outside of North America. We are unable to refund and exchange rate or international transaction charges.
If you have a promotion code, please enter it in the shopping cart page in the ‘Discount’ field and click on ‘Apply’. Please check the expiry date of your promotion code before using it. Please note that you cannot use more than one promotion code for the same purchase order.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we do allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
